- Open your existing Zap in Zapier
- Add a second action: Gmail / SMS / Slack → send a message to your VA
- Include the lead name, address, and project description from the Zap data
- VA clicks the link → logs into /va → traces and quotes
No extra webhook needed — the trigger already exists.
